I actively participated in a migration and implementation project that aimed to transition from an outdated supply chain system to the SAP ERP platform and procurement module. The primary objective was to streamline the materials, information, and financial flow between customers, suppliers, and the organization. The project aimed to digitize the entire procurement cycle, encompassing activities such as capturing customer demand, identifying suitable suppliers, managing purchase orders, handling payments, and ensuring timely delivery. I oversaw the existing (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) processes. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the development team to successfully implement and deploy the solution in a production environment.
