HR-WORK DAY (WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT)

I participated in an HR-Workday project focused on implementing the Workday system to streamline and optimize human resources processes within the organization. I played a vital role in gathering and documenting HR requirements, conducting gap analyses, configuring the system, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth and successful adoption of the new HR system. I also participated in an enhancement project within the HR Team of the Bank for Avature, which is a CRM tool used to attract, retain and maintain quality candidates within different recruitment pipelines.
