Legacy system Migration Project: Led the development of a digital transformation project for migration from a legacy ERP system to a cloud-based system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP), to improve end to end onboarding process, user experience due to the obsolescence of the legacy system and its inability to provide better services to staff. Worked closely with the HR and implementation teams and was accountable for the development of the AS IS and TO BE processes, while collaborating closely with the development team to implement and release the solution for production.
