I am crucial in implementing Salesforce CRM for a Financial Consultancy and training Organization. The primary objective was to enhance their onboarding process, efficiently manage lead and customer records, and streamline payment and reporting procedures using SAP & Dynamix 365. Eliciting stakeholder requirements, I facilitated seamless coordination among business divisions and effectively managed deadlines in a Hybrid environment, encompassing Agile and Waterfall Methodologies. As a result, I gained valuable insights into the intricate decisions required to improve their rating models. Working closely with all stakeholders, I successfully delivered the solution within four months.
